From the first time step foot into my mothers small kitchen, it was the beginning of a long quest for passion and knowledge for food. I remember being fascinated by the smell and aromas which came from her kitchen.

Over the years I learned that the essence of good Indian cooking revolves around the appropriate use of the aromatic spices.

The skill lies in subtle blending of a variety of spices to enhance, rather than overwhelm the basic flavour of a particular dish.

Indian food relies on the balance of the spices in which it is cooked.

They say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating, however I think with today’s changing tastes, we should say "the proof of the curry is in the eating". You will realise the true impact of this phrase when you experience the delights from my eatery.

Not only is this an experience in taste, but also in culture and environment. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave, you will be surrounded by the ambience of what India has to offer.
