Saag Malai Paneer with Mattar
Lightly spiced cottage cheese, finished in a mild puree of fresh spinach with green peas.
Punjabi Saag Ghosht

A lamb curry finished in a perfect harmony of pureed spinach, lightly spiced with fenugreek
Mansoori Kebab (2 pieces)
Lamb Cutlets smaoked in the tandoor, served with mint chutney.
Dal Makhani
Black lentils stewed on a slow fire over night.
Infused with cumin.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Boneless tandoori chicken finished in a classical rich tomato, onion and roasted cumin sauce.
Navrattan Korma
Fresh seasonal vegatables, cooked in a mild creamy cashew gravy.
Beef Vindaloo
Boneless slices of beef cooked in a tangy masala sauce.
Prawn Masala
Shelled prawn cutlets finished in a tangy masala sauce. Rich in fresh curry leaves and coriander.
Fish Tikka (2 pieces)
Boneless fillet of Blue Nose, wrapped in green masala, then smaoked to prefection over charcoal in our tandoori oven. Served with mint chutney.
